Nutella Fudge with Hazelnuts

Sharing is caring!

I LOVE this Nutella fudge! I wanted to make this to satisfy my craving for a candy that I used to love.

I used to love Mon Cheri candies. Not the ones with the cherry filling, but the ones that were all about the hazelnuts.

They were chocolate and hazelnuts and deliciousness! Sadly, I can’t find them anywhere.

I can remember the first time I tried a Mon Cheri. I was at a hospital and my mom grabbed a quick “snack” from the gift store. She offered me one….but at first I said no.

I thought that the Mon Cheri had a cherry in it, but it didn’t. Once I found that out it was game on!

That’s why I made this Nutella fudge with hazelnuts. It’s super easy to make!

To make it you need:

  • 12 oz. milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • chopped hazelnuts

That’s it! And you can probably find it all in the baking isle.

Making the fudge is as easy as melting all of the ingredients (minus the chopped hazelnuts). Then I put the fudge in an 8×8 pan lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

Once I had the fudge in the pan I quickly added the chopped hazelnuts.

Next, I put it in the fridge for 3 hours. After that it was time to gobble up the delicious fudge.

It’s an easy recipe that satisfied my craving for a Mon Cheri!
